Services

Individual

Individual sessions are available for those who want to have an informed discussion on their own end of life options for planning, or options for someone for whom they are a caregiver. Topics include advanced care directives, end of life health care choices, hospice and palliative care, MAiD (Medical Aid in Dying) or VSED (Voluntary Stopping Eating and Drinking), as well as options for final disposition and funeral decisions. 

Groups

Facilitation of small groups for those who wish to take part in peer-to-peer grief support groups. If you would like to hold a grief support group in your community and need a facilitator, please reach out. 

Community Education

Offering presentations to community groups on any and all end of life topics, including, but not limited to:

  • death and dying

  • grief and bereavement

  • advance care directives

  • end of life planning

  • hospice and palliative care

  • end of life doula care

  • options for final disposition

  • funeral planning
